Renovation of the entrance, lobby and Library and security upgrade. Shatter proof glass was installed and handicap access ramps were put in place. In the front entrance and lobby imported stone from Asia was used for the floor.

House of Sweden, 2700 “K” Street, NW; Washington, DC 20005, opened in 2006, is the crown jewel of the Swedish presence in the U.S. It is the new home of the Embassy of Sweden and for representatives of Swedish commerce.

The mansion on Sixteenth Street is undergoing extensive renovations to the existing 5 story building to include some historic restorations to the exterior façade. Also under construction is a new 5-story addition to the rear of the existing building doubling the square footage of the original building. New landscaping and site work includes the replacement of existing parking facilities, driveways, walkways and patio areas.
 
 
 

German Embassy

The Residence of the Ambassador has become something of a modern architectural landmark in the city of Washington. Set on a hill near Georgetown, the stark, light limestone structure overlooks the city and the Potomac River.

Restoration of a historic mansion at 1501 16th Street NW, into an embassy for Kazakhstan, a new country (formerly of the USSR), the second largest nuclear power in the world. Embassy staff were used as a labor force to minimize overall costs.

Complete renovation and expansion of this 1920's mansion, including the installation of perimeter security enclosure and service facilities.

 

 

Delegation of the Commission of the European Ambassador's Residence
Washington, DC
Owner: Delegation of the European Commission

Historical renovation of the Ambassador's residence for the Delegation of the European Commission included addition of new penthouse with new structural system and underground garage, expansion of living areas, upgrading of all utilities and installation of full commercial kitchen and state-of-the-art communication and wiring systems.
