Renewable Resources

Well water will be used to heat and cool the building using heat exchange technology. Two wells are being drilled at different depths to provide two different constant temperatures.

Drilling operations are being carefully monitored to not allow the run-off into the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

All existing materials are being removed and recycled. All new materials that will be used will be environmentally friendly and LEED certified.
