JOHN D. BELLINGHAM
Founded Monarc in 1987. John has vast experience in the construction industry having worked for large general contractors, both in England and the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, before establishing Monarc Construction, Inc. Notable renovation projects began with the restoration of the Forest-Marbury House in 1987 and include an illustrious portfolio spanning 30 years.
Executive Vice President
Instilled by his father, John Bellingham, Mark continues the values and expertise of the company by managing the Service and Special Projects division at Monarc Construction, Inc. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Mark understands the complexities from conception through construction. After working part-time at Monarc while still in school, Mark fully joined the company in 2008.
Vice President, General Superintendent
Joined Monarc Construction, Inc. in 1994. Initially trained as a master craftsman in cabinet making, Gene has over 40 years of experience working with and managing field personnel - for Monarc and other local general contractors.
Vice President, Director of Preconstruction & Estimating
First joined Monarc Construction, Inc. in 1988 and rejoined in 2010. Randy graduated from the University of Akron and has been involved in the management of preconstruction and estimating activities in the Washington DC market for over 35 years. Prior to rejoining Monarc, Randy held high level executive positions with nationally recognized construction firms.
Vice President of Operations
Before joining Monarc Construction, Inc. in 1998, Tri practiced architecture for a number of firms in the DC metropolitan area. Tri holds a Bachelors of Architecture from VA Tech and has experiences with historical renovations and new construction - locally and overseas.
