Preconstruction Services

Monarc has established strong relationships with our clients, as well with the building team to take a project from schematic design through final working drawings and construction. We have the expertise to assist the team in providing project feasibility studies, reviewing site selection, performing detailed value engineering and developing accurate schedules for all phases of the project. Our goal is to provide the client with timely and accurate information to insure that the final design, cost and timing of the work is consistent with the project objectives.

Specific expertise includes:

   Assisting in site selection and feasibility evaluation

   Evaluate and manage permitting process

   Provide constructability reviews

   Provide preliminary budgets

   Provide and monitor cost and quality control guidelines

   Provide value engineering analysis of alternate design elements

   Evaluate bonding and insurance requirements

   Establish and maintain design schedule

   Aid in the preparation of bidding documents

   Coordinate selection of qualified subcontractors & vendors

   Provide final cost analysis and evaluation of bids

   Establish and maintain final cost goals

   Perform final negotiations with subcontractors and vendors

   Prepare and execute construction contracts
