The Lumber Shed Washington, DC

Nestled by the Anacostia riverfront to the south, with Nationals Park to the west, the historic Washington Navy Yard to the east, and all of downtown DC and Capitol Hill to the north, The Lumber Shed – so-called for its original function – is an adaptive re-use of a historical Navy Yard industrial building. The 35,000sf structure is now an iconic two-level pavilion, sheathed in an elegant glass curtain wall, and has become a retail centerpiece of The Yards.


Middle East Institute
Washington, DC

The Middle East Institute expansion project modernized and more than doubled the Institute's interior space. The new space includes an art gallery, conference center that can seat 150 people and be split into two separate event spaces, new classrooms, broadcast studio, office spaces, and lounges.


Lux Dental Ashburn, VA

This was a Tenant Fit-Out project which involved the demolition of existing restaurant to convert the commercial unit into a new Dental Office.
