Rosewood Hotel CUT Restaurant

After a change in ownership, this prominent property in the middle of Georgetown was rebranded to the Rosewood Hotel D.C. Renovation of this 5-star hotel included the main lobby, service areas, and construction of a new restaurant (CUT) operated by the team of renowned Wolfgang Puck.


District Winery Washington, DC

Situated off the shore of the Anacostia River in the “Yards” (just north of the Nationals Ball Park), this stand-alone building houses the District’s first winery. On auger piles and a thickened concrete slab, the steel structure is cladded in a custom aluminum curtain wall system providing a 360 degree view of the re-developed Yards.  A wood rain screen system softens the glare of the glass and compliments the boardwalk along the river in the same Ipe material.


Homewood Suites Hotel Largo, MD

Homewood Suites is a 4-story premium extended stay hotel built from the ground up. The hotel consists of 116 Guest Rooms, Lobby area, Business center, Conference rooms, Kitchen, Lodge Area, Fitness Room, Pool, and more.  The building structure is wood-framed, and the exterior of the building consists of EIFS and Manufactured Stone.  The site is fully landscaped with 10 Bio-retention Ponds and includes 150 Parking Spaces.


Rosewood Hotel Townhouses Washington, DC

Located in the heart of Georgetown, Monarc converted six historic 140-year old townhouses into residential suites for the Rosewood Washington DC hotel. The project scope included complete demolition and rebuild of the entire interiors while maintaining existing building envelopes. Exterior renovations included exterior sidewalks, stairs, and landscaping.
