Notable renovation projects began with the restoration of the Forest-Marbury House in 1987 and include an illustrious portfolio spanning 35 years.

Mark is President of Monarc, providing guiding leadership and oversight to the entire company. He is heavily involved in Monarc’s preconstruction efforts where he can utilize his engineering background and knowledge gained over his 20 years in construction. Mark leads the company by continuing the values his father instilled: quality, reliability, and teamwork. “We succeed as a team, we fail as a team, either way, we do it together.”

Norman has been with Monarc for 16 years and is a superintendent with over 30 years of experience in new construction, commercial, government, historic, and multifamily renovations. He also oversees all Monarc’s Aspiring Superintendents. This includes their training, development, and oversight of their projects to grow them into Superintendents that can successfully run projects on their own.

Jon is a dedicated, results-oriented project management professional with over 10 years of experience orchestrating high-paced operations in the construction industry and safety management. He has a verifiable track record for project completion through effective relationships with owners and building positive relationships with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while ensuring quality results within schedule and budget.

Tanya is a Project Manager with 9 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in commercial & residential buildings, tenant fit-out, and historic renovations. She runs Project Management Training & Operations and trains new PMs, APMs, and PEs. She holds quarterly performance reviews with PEs and APMs. She oversees Project Management Technology/Software Information Technology including Procore, Scheduling, and Bluebeam.
