History
Monarc Construction Corporation was founded in 1987 by John Bellingham with the Trammell Crow Company Residential Division. Changes in the construction industry in the early 1990’s induced Monarc Construction’s corporate separation from the Trammell Crow Company. Under the continued guidance of John Bellingham, the successful business created over previous years was carried forward and became Monarc, Inc.. In July 1999, Monarc, Inc. purchased and merged with Boulder Construction Corp. to become Monarc Construction, Inc.
