Who needs to be prequalified?

Any trade partner wanting to work with Monarc.

The purpose of prequalification is to allow Monarc to assess your company's capabilities, experience, safety performance, and financial stability. The information provided allows Monarc to best match your services with upcoming project opportunities and ensure overall project success. 

To begin the prequalification process, please complete the questionnaire. You need a valid Federal Tax ID in order to prequalify here:

If you have previously worked with Monarc and need to update your information, please reach out to Prequal@MonarcConstruction.com with the point of contact, and the link to your account will be emailed directly to the provided point of contact. 

We also ask that you review Monarc's Expectation Letter and Subcontract Templates. Monarc believes it is important that we establish clear expectations to ensure a productive working relationship.

Required Documents:

  • Signed W9

  • Sample Certificate of Insurance with all applicable endorsements 

  • OSHA 300A forms from the last 3 years 

  • Bonding letter from your surety company stating your company's single project and aggregate bonding capacity 

  • Third-party prepared prior year-end financial statements and internal year-to-date balance sheet and income statement
